We live in a vast world full of beautiful things. Observing our daily life, is what drives me , it is what inspires me and my art. My art is my life it is the culmination of my environment and the things and situations I observe.

I believe uniqueness exists in our ordinary life and I am here to share it with the world.

STATEMENT

My practice is about the imperfection of daily life, I am inspired by the routine of my environment. It is often a translation of visual shapes, patterns interconnected with references in nature and how I observe them and in and around me .This is done through color, movement, brush strokes, and the laying down and scraping away of multiple layers of mixed media.

Largely focused on painting and sometimes collage, my practice allows me to dreamily explore an imaginative inner world connected to a routine everyday life.

BIO

Mumbai based artist Pallavi Saxena, currently based in Taiwan is trained with a degree in Masters in Business and is a self taught mixed media artist.

Taught art to over 200+ students ( globally and India/online & in person)
